Up for sale we have a 1985 Chevrolet Corvette. This is a rare opportunity to own a Low Mileage car that has been meticulously taken care of over the years. This car has just over 7,500 miles on it and you can tell with how excellent the body is. It's covered in the Bright red paint that still has a gorgeous shine. When you walk around it you'll notice all the molding and emblems are also in great condition. All the gaps and fit of the doors and panels are near perfect. One of the things we love about this body style is Targa Glass top that is removable. Along with the glass top all the other glass including the rear hatch glass is in excellent. To finish off the look it's sitting on a set of 16” Chevrolet Rims with Goodyear Tires.
On the inside it's equally impressive as it all looks like it would have when bought new. The Graphite Sport seats are in remarkable condition with great padding and offers the AG9 Power Driver Seat option. All the door panels are excellent as well and even have the lights working as they should with the driver door having the hatch release. Looking at the dash this '85 was well before it's time. All the digital instrumentation looks beautiful and is working. You'll also notice this Vette comes with Cruise Control option. Now the radio has been upgraded, but other than that upgrade the interior is as close to original as you'll find.
Now in '85 the Corvette moved away from L83 version of the 350 to this L98 Tuned Port Injected version that had more Horsepower. This Corvette as expected is numbers matching and the 350 engine is mated to the improved for '85 Doug Nash 4+3 Manual Trans. You'll also notice that this Vette has the Z51 Heavy Duty Steering and Suspension performance package. Add that to the Power Rack and Pinion steering and you have an awesome driving Classic Vette. When you look under it you can tell that is has been extremely well taken care of as all the frame is rock solid and the floors look excellent.
