1957 Chevrolet Nomad Frame Off Restoration 283 3Speed Over Drive Factory Colors

Up for sale we have a 1957 Chevrolet Nomad. This car has undergone a meticulous frame off restoration and is one of the highest quality cars in the country. From the first times you lay your eyes on this car there's no denying the eye to detail that was put into this restoration. All the body panels line up as close to perfect as you're going to find, and all the gaps are even and symmetrical as well. The body is straight as an arrow and is covered in the factory color scheme. The Imperial Ivory and Dusk Pearl color combination was redone in the base coat clear at the time of the restoration. When you look closely at the finish you will notice it has been buffed and polished to a gorgeous shine that's slick as a ribbon. All the Chrome and Stainless on this car is in excellent condition and what wasn't replaced has been polished to a like new finish. This car also features the Flo Lite glass which is all in great condition considering it appears to be original. To finish off the exterior it's sitting on the 14” Wheels with the Wide White tires.
Next, we will look at the interior of this '57. On the inside it's also done in the factory Black and Silver combination which provides and beautiful complement to the exterior color scheme. As you can see everything is in like new condition on the inside. All the seat covers, door panels, and headliner appear to have been replaced at the time of the restoration. The interior stainless is also in immaculate condition and has all been polished to an amazing finish. Looking at the dash you will notice the black paint is just as slick as the exterior paint. All of the gauges are working and even the factory clock is working. This car does offer the Three Speed Manual trans with the Column shift. You can also see that it offers the factory Overdrive which is working as well.
Finally, we will get to the heartbeat of this Chevrolet. Under the hood it features the 283 which is what it would have came with from the factory. It's set up with the '57 model intake and '57 model carburetor. The detail under the hood is amazing and will remind you of what it would have looked like off the show room floor when new in '57. This Nomad does with Power Steering and for exhaust it has manifolds and when you look at the dual pipes you'll see it has the factory style crossover pipe with the correct heat shield. Looking at the bottom of this Chevy there's no denying it's one of the highest quality Nomads in the country. The frame off restoration has been meticulously done with everything having an amazing detail. Even more it all appears to be rock solid with no signs of patch panels.
