1964 Chevrolet Corvair Convertible 134 Air Conditioning 2.7L Flat 6 Power Glide

Here we have a 1964 Chevrolet Corvair for sale. This is a nice convertible that has had a frame up restoration done and been upgraded with 134 Air Conditioning. If you're in the market for a nice cruiser that's ready to enjoy then don't miss out on this Corvair. The body is very nice and has been redone in base coat clear coat paint. The Black has a very nice finish and is accented by the new black top. We can see that the top has a great fit and that all of the side glass goes up and down with a very nice fit as well. It has the driver's outside mirror, and we can see that both the front and rear bumpers are nice as well. It's sitting on the 13” Wheels with hubcaps and 195/70 Tires.
On the inside, it's done in the red color scheme that flows perfectly with the exterior. IT features the bucket up front and rear bench seat that have all been redone. New carpet has been installed and the new door panels were installed as well. Looking at the dash we can see that all of the metal is in great shape and that it has the factory AC controls and vents that are fed from the upgraded AC system. All of the gauges and trim are nice as well. Inside the trunk is all solid.
Under the hood we can see that it has been fitted with the Air conditioning system. The heartbeat is the dual carb 2.7L Flat 6 engine. It runs out great and performs excellent. It runs the the Power Glide Automatic Transmission and trans axle set up. This '64 comes with drum brakes on all four corners. On the highway the steering handles well and it shifts out smooth. Underneath this '64 we can see that it has the original floor pan that is all rock solid and in excellent condition.
