Finally, we will get to the heartbeat of this Chevrolet. Under the hood it sports the same eye for detail as the inner fenders and firewall are beautiful just like the radiator support. Everything under the hood has been kept close to stock. The power comes from the 283 V 8 that's set up with the '57 Model intake and Rochester 4 Jet Carb that's dressed in the factory style air cleaner. It also has painted valve covers with the Chevrolet script. For exhaust that has manifolds with dual pipes and the stock style mufflers the flow out the back. The 283 V8 runs through the power glide transmission and out back through the stock style rear end. The floor pans are all beautiful and detailed out in the red oxide primer and have had new body bushings installed. The frame is all solid as well and shows no signs of abuse.
