1968 Chevrolet Corvette Convertible Matching Numbers 327 Automatic PS PDB

Here we have a 1968 Chevrolet Corvette for sale. This was the first year for the C3 Corvettes and the new body style. One of the most recognizable cars of its generation, this body style features stunning styling that reshaped the Muscle car look of the late 60's and early 70's. The one we have for you is a number's matching car that that is done in the factory color scheme. When you walk around it you can see that the body has been extremely well cared for over the years. It comes with both the Hard Top and the Soft Top that is white. The hard top and the rest of the body has been redone in the LeMans Blue base coat clear coat paint that has been polished to a mirror finish that's slick as ribbon. Down the sides are straight and all the panel fit is excellent. It features all the original glass that is all very nice along with all the seals and weather stripping. Both the front and rear bumpers are very nice on this '68 along with the rest of the trim. This model came with the hidden headlights and wipers that are all working as they should. To finish off the stance it's sitting on the 15” Rally Wheel with BF Goodrich Radial T/A Tires.
Next, we will look at the interior of this Corvette. On the inside it's done in the classic black that flows perfectly with the exterior. Both door panels are very nice, and the glass rolls up and down with ease. The bucket seats are also in excellent condition and along with the center console. Looking at the dash we can see that the pad is in phenomenal condition along with all the gauges which are working with exception of the clock. This '68 comes with the telescopic column along with the woodgrain steering wheel. The stereo system has been upgraded with new speakers and CD player that is working. All of the carpet in the front and rear is very nice and has an excellent fit.
Finally, we will get to the heartbeat of this Chevrolet. Under the hood it's powered by the matching numbers 327 engine that's set up with the factory intake and Quadrajet Carburetor. It's finished out in the factory air cleaner, and the aluminum finned valve covers. It comes with the smog set up along with Power Steering and Power Brakes with Disc on all four corners. For exhaust it has manifolds with dual pipes and factory style mufflers. To keep it cool it has the Harrison Radiator and clutch fan. This car looks to be mostly original under the hood and has been extremely well cared for. On the highway it runs and our drives excellent with all the lights working as they should. It handles with ease and all of the brakes are responsive and stop true.
