1956 Ford Country Sedan Wagon 351 V8 AOD Auto Trans 9" Ford Rear End Cruiser

Here we have a 1956 Ford Country Sedan Wagon for sale. This is an awesome cruiser that has a killer look. If you are looking for a classic cruiser to add to the stables or something to ride to cruise ins this would make a great addition. In the paragraphs to follow we will give a brief description of the exterior, interior, and driveline of this Ford but first we would like to tell you a little about us. We will start off with the exterior of this Wagon. The body on it is in great condition for its age. You'll notice that all the panels flow very nicely from the front to the rear. It's showcased by the two-tone Meadow Mist Green and Colonial White Color scheme. The paint has been polished up to a very nice finish that's beautiful for its age. Up front we can see that the grill is all very nice along with the front bumper and bumper guards. A new hood ornament was installed along with a new Ford Crest. Down the sides all the trim is in great shape as well and flows seamlessly from front to back. It has the two outside mirrors on the fencers and all the trim around the glass is nice. Out back the rear hatch opens and closes with ease. We can also see that the rear bumper along with the taillights bezels and lenses is all very nice. To finish off the exterior it's sitting on the American Racing Wheels
Next, we will look at the interior of this '56. On the inside it features the front and rear bench seats that are sporting the factory style covers. It also has the factory style door panels along with having the crank windows that go up and down as they should. We can also see that new weather stripping was installed. Also, it has had a new carpet kit installed from front to back. Looking at the dash you'll appreciate how well it's been cared for down to having the factory radio, gauges, and steering wheel. It has had a new Lokar Floor Shifter installed of the automatic trans. The headliner is all in great condition along with the visors. Put back all the storage areas are rock solid, and the back seat lays down like it should.
Finally, we will get to the driveline of this Ford. Under the hood of it we can see that the inner fenders and firewall are all in great condition. This '56 has had the driveline upgraded and it starts with this 351 Windsor engine. It's been set up with the Performer Intake and Holley Four Barrel Carb. This 351 is dressed with the chrome Ford valve covers and air cleaner. For exhaust it has manifolds with new dual pipes and mufflers installed. The 351 Runs through the Ford AOD Automatic Transmission that goes out back to the 9” Ford Rear End with 3.00 Gears. When we look under this Wagon we can see that he frame is all solid and the floors pans are in great condition as well with the front passenger pan having been repaired. This Ford comes with standard steering and standard brakes with drums on all four corners. On the highway it runs out great as the transmission shifts smooth and the engine performs excellent.
